Taraka Ratna’s Wife Emotional Words On NTR, TDP & Babu

Protesting Chandrababu Naidu’s arrest, Nara and Nandamuri families sat on hunger strike at NTR Trust Bhavan in Hyderabad. Alleging Naidu’s arrest as “illegal”, the families along with TDP cadre protested demanding justice.

Late Tarakaratna’s wife Alekhya and daughter Nishka too participated in the protest. Alekhya said her complete support is to Chandrababu Naidu and family. She said the family will fight together and said they will do whatever they have to do till Chandrababu gets out of jail. Daughter Nishka too said she would support her Tatha and said she saw so many people supporting her grandfather Chandrababu. Taraka Ratna was with TDP till his last breath. He also campaigned for TDP in Telangana.

“I wish Taraka Ratna was alive today and be here at the protest. Even when he was not in politics, he had always supported the party and took active part in the activities be it campaign or be it NTR statue inauguration. Tarak Ratna loved his family most. Tatha garu (NTR) means his life and he loved Chandrababu Naidu garu’s work. Tarak always followed Chandrababu’s footsteps. It is very unfortunate that Tarak Ratna left like this. Till the last minute he used to say TDP is his party and he lived up to his word,” said an emotional Alekhya.

Alekhya happens to be the daughter of the younger sister of Sunanda, wife of Sai Reddy. Vijay Sai Reddy was there throughout Taraka Ratna’s final rites considering the close relationship his family share with Taraka Ratna’s wife Alekhya Reddy. When Sai Reddy was there to console Alekhya Reddy, he also sat next to Chandrababu Naidu and spoke to him.

Despite all these, Alekhya decided to continue her relationship with Nandamuri and Nara families and is extending full support to Chandrababu Naidu, Bhuvaneswari and family.
