The Bollywood drugs case even rocked the Indian Parliament too. Last week, ‘Race Gurram’ actor and BJP MP Ravi Kishan has raked up this issue in Lok Sabha. Then Jaya Bachchan found fault with Ravi Kishan’s comments and slammed everyone who is demeaning the industry.
Yet Ravi Kishan defended his stand and urged the government to take a severe action on people who indulge in drugs. But post this Ravi Kishan is getting threat calls from unidentified persons. Speaking on, he said, “For raising my voice on the drugs row, I have been receiving threatening calls. I don’t and will not fear such threats and am ready for anything.”
Adding Ravi Kishan stated that his true intentions were only to drive away this drug mafia from the youth and industry. “This drugs syndicate is causing severe distress and needs to be tackled harshly. I will continue to fight against this until it’s cleansed,” added Ravi Kishan.
