Chikoti Praveen was felicitated in Taj Deccan and was awarded the doctorate from the United Theological Research Institute University of California. Chikoti Praveen expressed delight in receiving the doctorate.
The high-profile gambler turned politician receiving a doctorate from a ‘theological research’ university of California has left social media confused already and many are wondering what has he done to be felicitated with the said ‘doctorate’.
Meanwhile, Chikoti Praveen’s doctorate acceptance speech has him speaking about his love for animals and snakes. He also emphasized the need to protect the animals and said that cow dung and urine have many health benefits. He also condemned the allegations on him regarding the RD raids.
