BRS commander-in-chief KCR’s regime as the chief minister of Telangana has come to an end with the Congress party managing to breach the magic figure in the counting today.
KCR was quick to react to the defeat in the Telangana polls as he set out to go to the Raj Bhavan and submit his resignation to the governor. However, this is when KCR changed his route at the last minute and skipped the trip to Raj Bhavan.
After leaving for Raj Bhavan, KCR altered his route midway and instead went to his farmhouse. The national and regional media that came to Raj Bhavan to get KCR’s first comment on the defeat were astounded after KCR threw a curveball and changed his route at the last minute.
KCR opted to send his resignation to the governor through OSD, as opposed to the conventional procedure of physically handing over the letter at Raj Bhavan.
