KTR Starts Heated Debate With Karnataka CM

For the first time in Telangana’s 10 years history, BRS is in opposition while Congress, led by Revanth Reddy is in government. So we are seeing a new side of KTR who is now a primary opposition leader. KTR has been repeatedly alleging that Congress came to power through fake promises that can’t be fulfilled and they duped the people of Telangana. He is taking occasional digs at Karnataka Congress.

Today, KTR reacted to a video on Twitter. In the video, Karnataka CM, Siddharamaiah is heard saying “Yes we made promises during the election. But where do we have the money to complete them? We cannot complete all the promises”.

Citing this, KTR tweeted “No money to deliver poll promises/guarantees says Karnataka CM! Is this the future template for Telangana too after successfully hoodwinking the people in elections? Aren’t you supposed to do basic research and planning before making outlandish statements?”.

KTR’s tweet anguished the Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah and he replied “Mr. KTR, Do you know why your party lost in the Telangana Elections? Because you don’t even know how to verify what is fake and edited, and what is truth. BJP creates fake edited videos, and your party circulates them. Yours is a perfect B Team of BJP.”

This has started a heated social media war between KTR and Karnataka CM. While KTR alleged that Congress has cheated people with fake promises, Congress CM says BRS is a B-team of BJP.
