In Pics: Modi’s Aquatic Adventure In Lakshadweep

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today shared images of his visit to Lakshadweep, showcasing his experience trying out snorkeling and enjoying early morning walks along the pristine beaches. He expressed the exhilaration of snorkeling and encouraged those with an adventurous spirit to include Lakshadweep in their travel plans. PM Modi also emphasized the tranquility of Lakshadweep, which provided him with moments of reflection on how to work even harder for the welfare of 140 crore Indians.

During his visit, the Prime Minister inaugurated development projects worth over Rs 1,150 crore. He shared underwater pictures capturing the reefs and marine life encountered during snorkeling. Additionally, PM Modi interacted with residents of Agatti, Bangaram, and Kavaratti, expressing gratitude for their hospitality. He described his journey to Lakshadweep as an enriching experience of learning and growth.

PM Modi highlighted Lakshadweep’s significance as more than just a group of islands, emphasizing its timeless legacy of traditions and the resilient spirit of its people. The central government’s focus in Lakshadweep aims at uplifting lives through enhanced development, improved healthcare, faster internet and drinking water access, all while preserving and celebrating the vibrant local culture. The projects inaugurated during his visit reflect these goals.
