Jagan Uses “Untouchability” Against Naidu & Pawan

AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy headlined a huge public gathering in Vijayawada on the occasion of the unveiling of the Ambedkar statue. He targeted his political opponents Chandra Babu and Pawan Kalyan in the meeting and used the “untouchability” weapon against them.

Jagan mentioned that untouchability has changed its shape and form in Andhra Pradesh and named Chandra Babu and Pawan Kalyan as the perpetrators for it.

Jagan stated “Untouchability is still existent here. When they(Babu and Pawan Kalyan) protest against our kids getting access to English medium education in government schools, that is untouchability. When they don’t want me to give public housing to the backward communities, that is untouchability. When their media channels spread negativity when I give tabs to our kids, that is untouchability. It is time for us to rise against this oppression and win this class war”.

Jagan has been emphasizing on the class war for the past few months and he used untouchability as the driving factor for it today as he targeted Babu and Pawan Kalyan indirectly. He played to the masses with his trademark direct-approach speech. He claimed that Chandra Babu hates the SC community.
