In a sharp rebuke to the ruling YSRC party, Chandrababu Naidu highlighted their alleged electoral desperation, claiming the party struggles to find candidates for the upcoming elections. Naidu asserted that this predicament signifies the end of the YSRC’s era, suggesting that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is anticipating defeat and is now open to stepping down voluntarily.
Chandrababu alleged that, “Jagan gives Rs 10 from one hand and takes away Rs 100 from the other”. Describing the impending elections as a decisive battle, Naidu expressed confidence in the victory of the TDP-Jana Sena Party alliance. During public meetings in Pileru and Uravakonda as part of the ‘Raa Kadaliraa’ program, Naidu accused Jagan of running the election campaign under the banner of ‘Siddham,’ funded by alleged ill-gotten gains from the past five years.
Naidu emphasized the readiness of people from various demographics to reject the YSRC, predicting the removal of the YSRC flag post-election. He also addressed regional concerns, criticizing Jagan for neglecting Rayalaseema’s development and proposing solutions to address water scarcity in the region. The overarching theme of Naidu’s critique was encapsulated in the phrase ‘Jagan Gives 10, Takes 100,’ reflecting his perception of broken promises and governance failures within the YSRC.
