Bhuvaneshwari From Kuppam: A Joke

An interesting scene came up while Nara Bhuvaneswari interacted with the TDP cadre today. She funnily commented about contesting from Kuppam constituency in the place of Chandrababu Naidu.

This video clipping was conveniently edited by certain social media users and they used the edited clip where Bhuvaneswari said: “Kuppam people have been electing Chandrababu for the last 35 years. I have an idea in mind now. For a change, why don’t we give him some rest this time and I will contest from Kuppam”.

But the most important point here is that this video that is being trended by certain social media pages is a cropped one.

In the full-length video, Bhuvaneswari clearly says the idea of herself contesting from Kuppam is a joke and she has no intention of contesting. In the full video, Bhuvaneswari says she has no idea of seeking any sort of posts or tickets and mentions that she is happy with what she has as her husband Chandrababu provides her with everything.

Bhuvaneswari’s “joke” on contesting from Kuppam was conveniently cropped to make it look like she is replacing Chandrababu as the TDP Kuppam candidate. But the truth prevailed ultimately as the full clipping was reshared on social media later and those who believed that Bhuvaneswari is replacing Naidu in Kuppam realized that they were tricked.
