YS Sharmila has been standing against her brother, CM YS Jagan Reddy in the ongoing AP election campaign. Shockingly, she was arrested by AP Police a few minutes ago while she embarked on a Chalo Secretariat protest program, demanding an immediate update on the mega DSC recruitment.
Sharmila was arrested in Vijayawada and was immediately shifted to Duggrala police station where she is being kept along with other Congress leaders who were protesting today.
In order to avoid house arrest, Sharmila slept at the Congress office last night and set out to the Chalo Secretariat protest today, only to be arrested by AP police today. The visuals of Sharmila getting arrested are being shared on social media now. Sharmila, being CM Jagan’s sister getting arrested before the polling is making headlines.
