‘I can’t say I am not corrupt at all. I am corrupt but at a lesser capacity. I can say I am less corrupt.’ Ambati Rambabu said in his latest TV interview. This shocking revelation about “less corruption” from Ambati has amused social media users.
Social media users are commenting that if a cabinet minister, and that too the irrigation department minister is acknowledging that he is corrupt, albeit less corrupt doesn’t look good on the YCP government in general. A few are questioning what could be the case with the government and administration if a cabinet minister who holds an important portfolio is saying in a live debate that is corrupt.
This unexpected revelation from the minister has come at the wrong time for the party with the elections coming in a month.
