Kavitha Arrest: KTR Argues With ED Officials

Reports have emerged claiming that Kalvakuntla Kavitha has been detained by the Enforcement Directorate and she will be taken to Delhi tonight for further investigation in the Delhi Liquor case.

Kavitha’s brother and BRS working president KTR, along with Harish Rao, reached the former’s house in Banjara Hills and got into an argument with the ED officials.

In a viral video, KTR is seen arguing about how the ED officials can arrest Kavitha without a transit order. KTR adds that the ED had given an undertaking in the Supreme Court and is violating it by arresting Kavitha now. “They say search is over and an arrest warrant is produced and now family can’t come in. They have no transfer warrant.” KTR argued.

The ED officials are seen questioning KTR about how he could get into the house while the raid is going on. This heated argument between KTR and the ED officials is trending big time on social platforms.

With the ED detaining Kavitha on Friday, the next legal remedy will be available only on Monday.
