Neha Sharma Contesting In Elections For MP Seat

In a surprising update, Bollywood actress Neha Sharma is contesting the Lok Sabha polls from Bihar. Neha Sharma is making her entry into politics, her father Congress leader Ajay Sharma announced.

Ajay Sharma is an MLA from Bihar’s Bhagalpur. Ajay Sharma said if his party gets to contest from the seat after discussions on Mahagatbandhan seat-sharing, his daughter Neha Sharma might get a ticket from the constituency.

‘Congress should get Bhagalpur constituency as it is our stronghold, talks on seat sharing arrangement is on. If we get this seat, it is up to the party’s high command to take a call on who can contest, if the party asks me, I will contest or maybe my daughter Neha Sharma might contest from this constituency. We will have to wait and see,’ MLA Ajay Sharma said.

Neha Sharma made her debut in Telugu with Ram Charan’s Chirutha. The actress and her sister Aisha Sharma are very popular in films and on social media. It looks like Neha Sharma is all set to try her luck in politics like many other heroines earlier.
