₹100 Coin Launched By PM Modi

The unique coin of ₹100 is minted by the ministry of finance and released by the Prime minister Narendra Modi in celebration of Rajamata Scindia’s birth anniversary.

Prime minister Narendra Modi had launched a Commemorative Coin of ₹100 in honour to Rajamata Scindia through a virtual ceremony. This unique coin minted by the Ministry of Finance which is ready to release in the celebration of the birth centenary.

“We Learn from the life of #RajamataScindia that one does not have to be born in the royal family to serve others. All that is needed is love for the nation and a democratic temperament: PM Modi ” tweeted from the PMO.

“The life and work of #Rajamanthascindia did always connected to the aspirations of the poor. Her life was all bout Jan Seva: Pm Modi, ” PMO office tweeted.

Rajamata Scindia was a leader of Jana Sangh and also one of the Powerful founding members of the Bharatiya Janata Party.

“Tomorrow on October 12 is the Jayanthi of Rajamata Vijaya Raje Scindia. On this special day, Commemorative Coin of ₹100 will be released at 11 AM. This is a part of her birth Centenary celebrations and is yet another occasion to pay tribute to her Great personality,” Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted it earlier.

She was born on October 12, 1919, being a member of the royal family, Scindia was one of the prominent faces of the saffron party and vocal advocate of its core Hindutva problems. Her daughter Vasundhara Raje and her grandson Jyotiraditya Scindia are present senior BJP leaders.
