It’s An Unbeatable Record In Indian Political History

Something remarkable happened in the Andhra Pradesh election this year as the record set by Pawan Kalyan’s Janasena might never be broken by any major party in the future.

When Telugu Desam and Janasena first announced their seat distribution aspect, Pawan Kalyan called for 98% strike rate in the MLA and MP constituencies that his party is contesting. YSR Congress leaders made fun of this by saying Pawan himself lost in two constituencies then how can he get 98% strike rate in other constituencies?

Cut to today, Janasena has bettered Pawan’s anticipation and achieved 100% strike rate.

No other notable political party, in an alliance, has even been able to win 100% of the seats that it was allocated. This feat was achieved solely by JSP which won 21 out of the 21 MLA seats and 2/2 MP seats.

Though the number of seats contested by JSP might be limited, the manner in which they won these seats is also to be noted. 17 out of the 21 contestants fielded by JSP won by 35K+ majority and this is a mighty feat.

The 100% record set by Janasena might stand in the history books of Andhra Pradesh and this is the kind of stuff that dreams are made of.
