A day after union minister Kishan Reddy meeting lady superstar Vijayashanthi, the Telangana Congress has entered the scene to pacify her. Learning about Vijayashanthi looking at BJP, T-PCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy met her this afternoon and held talks.
During this meeting Vijayashanthi is said to have listed out many instances when she was ignored and not given importance. “The party only remembers me when there are elections. When I asked permission for a tour from Adilabad against Congress MLAs defection into TRS, the party denied it. At least no leader from the party supported me,” is what Vijayashanthi said to Uttam.
Uttam was accompanied by T-PCC working president Jetti Kusum Kumar and both tried their best to pacify Vijayashanthi but she did not give a word about staying back in Congress.
Meanwhile we hear that Vijayashanthi is expected to take up the BJP flag before November 10th. She is expected to fly to New Delhi to meet Amit Shah and JP Nadda.
