The PK Effect: ‘Seize The Ship’ Trending On Twitter India

Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan had a field day today as he visited the Kakinada Port which had reportedly been harboring illegal rice mining operations and other anti social elements. Pawan gave an earful to the port authorities, government officials, and the police officers on duty.

The most interesting part in Pawan’s visit to Kakinada Port came when he uttered the phrase “Seize the ship”. He ordered the authorities to seize the ship that was caught yesterday with 640 tonnes of AP’s ration rice being siphoned off from the part.

Shortly after Pawan used the phrase “seize the ship” it spread like wildfire on social media and it has now become a Twitter trend. With over 115K posts with the phrase “seize the ship”, this is now trending on Twitter India wide.

The kind of impact that Pawan is having on AP politics is reflecting on social media and the fact that a simple phrase that he used today has started to trend on Twitter India reinstates the same. This is unreal dynamism that is being show by deputy CM Pawan.
