YCP Leader In TDP Event: Nara Lokesh Furious

The massive exodus of senior leaders and former ministers is still very much affecting the YSR Congress camp. Senior leaders like Balineni Srinivas Reddy and Alla Nani have already quit the party. The likes of Avanthi Srinivas and Grandhi Srinivas are the latest additions to the list of leaders leaving the party.

Cut to now, something strange and unexpected has happened with a YCP leader and it has even made its way to Nara Lokesh who is furious with the same.

Going into the story, TDP leaders Gouthu Sirisha and Kolusu Parthasarathy partook in the unveiling ceremony of Gouthu Lachchanna statue in Nuzvid last morning. Surprisingly enough, this event was also attended by YCP’s Jogi Ramesh, the former minister of Housing in Jagan cabinet.

The presence of Jogi Ramesh at the TDP event, reportedly left the local TDP cadres in disgust. They weren’t prepared to share the stage with Jogi Ramesh, who is a close associate of YS Jaganmohan Reddy and more concerningly, not a part of the NDA ecosystem.

Back when YCP was in power, Jogi Ramesh had a loud mouth and he used to often abuse Chandrababu Naidu and Nara Lokesh.

But after the election, he has been staying away from YSR Congress activities in the recent months, but all of a sudden he popped up at the TDP event in Nuzvid last morning.

This unforeseen incident was reportedly taken up to Nara Lokesh by the local TDP leaders, and this left Lokesh immensely furious. As a reciprocal measure, Nara Lokesh demanded an explanation on this matter from Parthasarathy and Gouthu Charitha.

It would have been one thing for Jogi Ramesh to leave YSR Congress, then join the NDA alliance and then take part in their event. However, Ramesh, despite being a YCP leader still had the audacity to show up at a TDP event.

This incident reportedly infuriated Lokesh who is very particular about the sentiments of TDP cadres these days and he has asked for a clear explanation on the same.

Meanwhile, there’s a parallel argument that this was a generic event related to late Gouthu Lachchanna so Sirisha couldn’t stop Jogi Ramesh from attending the same. It has to be seen how she would convey this message to Lokesh now.
