Veteran Kapu community leader Hari Rama Jogaiah has this famous habit of writing letters at will on topics pertaining to Andhra Pradesh that he deems fit.
With the NDA government having completed six months in power, Jogaiah has taken the occasion to write a public letter on the development side of things.
In his elaborate letter, the senior statesman wrote that the NDA government is entirely focusing on centralised development and called for the need to decentralise power and growth prospects.
“Developing administrative buildings, residential infrastructure, and recreational parks doesn’t entirely transcend to development. There should also be emphasis on enhancing roads, sanitation facilities, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities” Jogaiah wrote in the letter.
He did not seem to excited about the Amravati capital project as he said the NDA government is entirely focused on the centralised development of this one particular capital region.
While the NDA government is fully committed to having Amravati as the sole capital of Andhra Pradesh, after the catastrophic failure of the three capital proposal by the previous YSR Congress government, it is strange to see Hari Rama Jogaiah having other ideas, remarked a neutral observer.
