After a brief dull period, Telangana politics are starting to spice up again with KCR and Revanth Reddy directly indulging in a heated verbal exchange. The two of them initiated a vocal brawl today and here’s a look into the same.
Earlier today, KCR who got back from hibernation and addressed his BRS cadres said “I’ve been ferociously waiting for the last few months. Once I hit back, it is going to be a very solid strike” as he warned Revanth Reddy of serious repercussions. This strong statement from KCR after a while got BRS cadres excited.
However, it did not take long for Revanth Reddy to give it back to KCR as he gave a strong reply to the BRS president while addressing a massive public gathering at Mogiligidda a few minutes back.
“This is my challenge to KCR – Stop sitting in your farm house and saying stories to your party members. Come to the assembly, I will show you what a real fight looks like. You’re saying Runa Mafi is not done and I’ve gone back on my promise. You first come to the Assembly, and then I will show the records of the 25 lakh farmers who got their loans waived.” Revanth Reddy stated.
While KCR warned Revanth Reddy that he would strike back fearlessly, the chief minister looked least feared about this as he openly challenged the BRS president to come to the Assembly and face him.
“14 Nelalu nundi gambheeranga choosthundanta. Evarni choosthunnav ayya gambheeranga? Edo Balanga kodutha antunnav. Mundu Karra lekunda Sakkaga nilabadu” Revanth said in Telugu in a satiric tone as he engaged the masses.
Now that KCR is hinting that he is going to turn fully active in politics again, if at all, he comes to the Assembly, then the face off between him and Revanth Reddy is going to be a historical episode.
