Dy Speaker RRR Warns To Disqualify Jagan!

The deputy speaker of Andhra Pradesh, Assembly Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju has delivered a strong warning to former chief minister Jagan Mohan Reddy. This is regarding the reluctance of Jagan to attempt the assembly sessions.

RRR stated that Jagan Mohan Reddy must take part in the assembly sessions and exhibit his opinions on public policy, making and also fight for his elected constituency of Pulivendula. He categorically stated that he is waiting to see Jagan in the assembly, fulfilling his role as an MLA.

Not stopping there, the deputy warned Jaganmohan Reddy that he might even get disqualified if it does not follow the regulation of attending the assembly and maintaining adequate attendance percentage.

RRR noted that any member of the assembly can be disqualified if they do not attend the Assembly session for more than 60 days without prior permission and communication. If this regulation is imposed, then Jagan Reddy could be disqualified as Pulivendula MLA and constituency could go to by election.

Jagan appears to be reluctant to come to the Assembly, fearing an adverse situation from the NDA candidates. In fact, RRR himself could be one of the main reasons why Jagan is not ready to set foot in the Assembly. On the contrary, Jagan has now been warned that he could get disqualified if he continues his policy to skip the Assembly sessions.

Earlier in the day, both Jagan and Chandrababu had stayed away from the assembly sessions back in 2017 and 2022 respectively but expectedly there was no action against them then. Will Jagan’s case be any different now? If they’re answer is yes, then RRR will have to go out of his way to make it happen.
