No Change in Jagan: 30 Years Nene CM, Ventruka Kuda Peekaleru

While it is a fact that Jagan Mohan Reddy is a young former chief minister with a lot of future ahead of him, the issue is that he simply doesn’t learn from his mistakes. This can be understood once again if we look at his speech at a party-level meeting today.

While interacting with Vijayawada YSR Congress corporators, Jagan stuck to a familiar script that elevates himself and his supposed 2.0 version.

“Naa YCP leaders ventruka kooda peekaleru ee government vallu. Ee sari Jagananna 2.0 version different ga untundi,” Jagan said in Telugu. He implied that his next term as chief minister will be a different proposition altogether. Jagan did not stop there either.

The former chief minister said the people of Andhra Pradesh will witness the poor administration of Chandrababu Naidu, and they will again vote for his YSR Congress. He went on to claim that the next 30 years will belong to YSR Congress and Jagan Mohan Reddy as the CM.

Jagan has the infamous habit of saying “Ventruka kuda peekaleru” every now and then during his tenure as CM. But in the end, he ended up losing his CM post in the elections. However, that isn’t stopping him from continuing this narrative again now.

After being confined to just 11 seats following his first term as CM, Jagan is now confident about being the CM for the next 30 years, which ironically contradicts what history suggests. At the end of the day, the longer Jagan stays in such delusion, the more damage the YSR Congress will have to endure.
