YS Avinash Reddy Bail To Be Canceled?

The YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case is one of the most significant political development in Andhra Pradesh. Both Sharmila and Sunitha had been alleging that Jagan has been harbouring the murderers in this case and are pleading with the authorities to take adequate action.

While addressing this matter, BTech Ravi who contests against Jagan in Pulivendula made an interesting observation. He explained the reason why YS Avinash Reddy, who is the accused in the case could get arrested very soon.

Ravi explained that YS Sunitha had already approached the Supreme Court to cancel the advance bail granted to Avinash Reddy who allegedly misused power in Jagan’s tenure to influence the case and stay out of jurisdiction.

“The advance bail granted by the Telangana high court has the condition that Avinash and other accused must not influence the witnesses. But there is concrete proof that Devireddy Shankar Reddy’s son Chaitanya Reddy who is close to Avinash Reddy had gone to the sub jail where Dastagiri is currently held and tried to threaten him to withdraw his witness. This is clearly against the bail conditions. Hence, Avinash Reddy and his batch will face the legal consequences.”

Ravi stated that Avinash Reddy and Chaitanya Reddy have been trying to influence this case for a long time. He stated that the legal battle wage by Sunita Reddy is going to get serious in the days to come, and it won’t be long before Avinash Reddy’s bail gets canceled and he goes to jail.

Avinash Reddy is one of alleged perpetrators in the case and the CBI even took advance measures to nab him. But with Jagan being the CM then, these efforts didn’t payoff. But with the NDA government in power, and Sunitha willing to go to any length to ensure justice for her father, things could really tricky for Avinash sooner than later.
