Moving Story Of Tirumala Alipiri Vendors: CBN’s Quick Action

Tirupati is one of the biggest religious shrines in the world. Every day, lakhs of people visit this temple town to have the darshan of Lord Venkateshwara. The majority of pilgrims walk up to the Tirumala hill by Alipiri steps before their darshan. We can see many food vendors on this Alipiri stairs route. But many of us don’t know the hard work they do every day to run their business.

These vendors climb up the hill every day carrying goods and food items and selling them to pilgrims. Recently, the BBC made a video explaining their plight. Immediately, Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu responded to it and assured to take care of the welfare of such vendors.

In the video clip, we can see numerous food vendors explaining their hardships about climbing the every day to run their business. This moving story touched the heart of Naidu who responded by writing, “Moving story! I’ve instructed my office to ensure their welfare is taken care of.”

Netizens have appreciated his swift action and hoped to see him deliver such support to people who are in need across the state.
