EVM Aina… Ballot Aina… Lokesh Gives Mass Counter

One of the infamous campaigns carried by the YCP ecosystem after the AP election was the blame game devised around the EVM polling mechanism. For many months, several YCP leaders including Roja, Ambati and others raised doubts on EVMs in an attempt to discredit the public mandate.

However, Telugu Desam was least bothered about this trash talk that was devised by YCP. But something interesting happened at the victory event held to celebrate the triumph of TDP MLCs last night. Nara Lokesh took a satiric jab at the EVM talk done by YCP.

“EVM Aina… Ballot Aina… Gelupu Kutami de” Lokesh confidently said as he belittled the EVM talk of YCP. He was very dismissive of the trash talk done on YCP about the EVM system. He used the MLC election mandate which uses paper ballot system to rub it on their faces.

Not stopping there, Lokesh energised the cadres while Alapati Raja was delivering his speech and asking cadres to sit down in the chairs. “Kurchomante kurchuntaama???” Lokesh said in the mic which largely energised the cadres.

Lokesh further added that Jagan is address less after this MLC election mandate which returned record majorities for the TDP candidates. This was a clear case of the NDA government still fully withholding of the public mandate even nine months after the historic mandate in the assembly polls.
