Several YSR Congress leaders, including Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy and Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, have been accused of numerous land-grabbing incidents. The government is now focused on reclaiming lands that were allegedly occupied illegally by these YCP leaders.
In this context, government authorities have successfully recovered 63 acres of land from the “Sajjala Estate” located in the CK Dinne area of YSR Kadapa district.
Reportedly, in survey number 1629, there is a total of 11,000 acres, within which the locally well-known “Sajjala Estate” is said to cover around 184 acres.
However, after a preliminary investigation, it was identified that 63 out of the 184 acres were illegally occupied by Sajjala. The local collector prepared a detailed report on the matter and informed the government.
Soon after, the CK Dinne Tahsildar took swift action and successfully recovered the 63 acres that had been illegally occupied. It was later discovered that 52 of these 63 acres actually belong to the Forest Department, which further complicates the situation.
The sprawling “Sajjala Estate,” originally spread across 184 acres, has been reduced by 63 acres following the government’s action against illegal occupation.
