ACB Grills KTR For 7 Hours: What Next?

The working president of BRS and the original instigator of the Formula E race under the BRS regime, KTR finds himself in a legal turmoil as he faces allegations of unwarranted financial irregularities regarding the case. 

In this context, KTR appeared before the ACB officials today. This happens to be the second time that the ACB authorities investigated KTR with regard to this case which has been in progress for the last few months. 

Reportedly the investigating authorities grilled KTR for seven hours before setting him free a short while back. A wide range of questions, including those about KTR’s actual involvement in the Formula E project and also the financial irregularities of the same were brought up in the investigation. 

Incidentally, KTR immediately went to the BRS Bhavan after the investigation and he was received by Harish Rao at the premises. There was a surprisingly big accumulation of BRS supporters at this party office. 

It can be noted that there were certain speculations about the possible arrest of KTR today and hence there was restrictive movement from the police as well. But nothing of this sort happened as KTR walked out of the ACB office today.

It is reported that the ACB authorities notified KTR that he might have to appear for investigation again in the future if deemed necessary.
