As we had reported earlier in the day today, former IT minister, KTR completed the ACB investigation in connection with the Formula E case. The investigation went on for seven hours before KTR was set free, post which he directly left to the BRS office in Hyderabad.
Incidentally, KTR addressed a very aggressive media conference after the investigation and he used offensive language against the chief minister of Telangana, Revanth Reddy.
“I don’t do ‘Luc*a’ things like you Revanth Reddy. I was never caught with cash bags in my hand, like you. What will you do at your best? Arrest me? Even in that case, you might hold me in jail for 15 days and not more than that. I am ready to do it for the people of Telangana.” KTR said.
While KTR continued to make such aggressive comments against Revanth Reddy, BRS supporter kept shouting the word “How*la” whenever there was the reference to Revanth Reddy.
The whole event had a very aggressive and unnecessarily provocative stand against the chief minister. While KTR frustration after the ACB investigation is understandable as he pleads not guilty in this case, the choice of words he and his cadres had for the CM of the state has caught negative feedback.
People are commenting that better civic sense and vocal awareness is expected from an educated and social leader like KTR who is the next crop of political stalwarts in the state.
