Even though YSRCP lost power in Andhra Pradesh, some of its leaders are still acting like they are in charge. A recent incident from Parvathipuram shows how some of them are ignoring rules and putting children at risk.
During the YSRCP ‘Yuvatha Poru’ protest, Jogarao, a former YSRCP MLA from Parvathipuram, reportedly took MPP school students to join the rally. But according to education department rules, schools must get permission before involving students in such activities. That didn’t happen here.
Unfortunately, while returning from the rally, an accident occurred, and several students were injured. Two of them are in serious condition and were admitted to the hospital. Shockingly, Jogarao reportedly didn’t visit the injured students or offer any help.
The issue came to light on social media. A user tagged AP Minister Nara Lokesh and shared the details. Lokesh immediately responded and warned that strict action would be taken. He also instructed officials to ensure proper medical care for the injured students. Lokesh reminded everyone that students must not be dragged into politics and must be treated as students, not as tools for any party.
Many people are now questioning how a leader could risk children’s safety just to gather crowds for a protest. The incident has sparked strong criticism across the state.
