One of the bold and progressive moves taken by Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy after assuming office was the demolition of the N Convention Center in Hyderabad. The property, owned by actor Nagarjuna, had been in the news for years due to its location on an illegal river embankment. Revanth finally settled the long-standing dispute by having the structure removed.
While many expected Nagarjuna to respond with anger or legal action, the opposite occurred. In fact, he grew closer to Revanth Reddy, with the two being spotted together on multiple occasions, including the Miss Universe event and Akhil’s wedding ceremony.
Speaking about the situation, Revanth Reddy recently shared Nagarjuna’s reaction after the demolition:
“After we took down the N Convention Center, Nagarjuna proved to be a Good Samaritan. He even donated two acres of disputed land nearby for city development and proved himself to be a real-life hero. He deserves to be appreciated for his generosity and honesty,” Revanth stated.
Rather than retaliating, Nagarjuna’s decision to offer more land for public use came as a pleasant surprise. His gesture not only won the respect of the Chief Minister but also earned him the title of “real-life hero.”
