Amaravati is slowly coming back to life, especially on Sundays. After a long quiet phase, the capital region is now seeing a fresh buzz of real estate activity. This Sunday, many people from different parts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana visited the area to explore property options.
Visitors came from Hyderabad, Warangal, Khammam, and the Godavari districts. Some were businessmen, others were middle class families looking to invest. They checked out ongoing projects, visited layouts, and asked about land prices and future plans. For the first time in years, Amaravati looked active and hopeful again.
One reason for this sudden interest is the restart of development works in the capital. Another big reason is the growing talk of an international airport being planned in the area. There is also a proposal to join Guntur, Tenali, Mangalagiri, and Vijayawada into one district, which would increase the importance of Amaravati even more.
The government is also planning to build two major bridges across the Krishna River in this region. If these plans move forward, Amaravati will become much more connected and valuable in the years to come.
People also believe that if the current ruling alliance stays in power after the next elections, the development of Amaravati will speed up. That hope seems to be bringing new energy to the real estate market.
Some visitors said they were there to buy land, while others were simply exploring options. Either way, the activity is clear. Amaravati is once again drawing attention and Sundays are turning into busy property days.
