Big Shock to Sharmila & Relief for Jagan!

The internal disputes between YS Jagan and Sharmila had reached the legal tribunal after the former chief minister approached the National Companies Tribunal against his own sister and mother.

The principal complaint from Jagan was to prevent the transfer of shares from his mother Vijayamma to his sister Sharmila. His argument is that he gave these shares as gifted deeds to his mother, and they cannot be transferred to his sister without his approval.

After months of deliberation and investigation in this matter, the Tribunal ruled in favour of Jagan as the transfer of shares in the Saraswathi power Company have been put on hold temporarily.

This is a moral and arguably legal victory for Jagan against his sister Sharmila, as he has managed to stop the transfer of shares from Vijayamma to Sharmila.

The tribunal cited the fact that the cases are still pending in CBI and ED jurisdiction, which is why the shares cannot be transferred from one individual to another.

On one hand, Sharmila has been repeatedly saying that Jagan is legally holding the ancestral assets that rightfully belong to her. But that is not stopping Jagan from taking all the legal measures to make sure that his sister Sharmila does not get any leeway on the legal front.
