While the previous YCP government proudly boasted about Nadu Nedu program, it was later established by the NDA government that this was all a publicity campaign with very little work done on ground level.
IT Minister Lokesh took special care of this matter as he set out with the ambition of largely upscaling, the education scene in Andhra Pradesh. In this context, he is generating realistic results and has given on boarded the central government in the process.
The central government has communicated that they are sanctioning ₹782 crore towards enchantment of government schooling projects in Andhra Pradesh. This is 120% higher than the earlier allocation of ₹354 crore that happened in 2023-24.
It is very much clear that the central government is largely contributing to the education sector in Andhra Pradesh after the formation of the NDA government in the state. Lokesh had a key role to play in this project as he was given who mediated with the central government to generate the significant sanction.
“Heartfelt gratitude to Union Education Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan ji for the significant increase in PM-SHRI funding for Andhra Pradesh. This support will not only empower our students but will also transform the state’s educational infrastructure.” Lokesh tweeted on this matter.
