Breaking : Janasena Out Of GHMC Polls

In a last minute development, Pawan Kalyan’s Janasena Party has decided to opt out of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) elections. This afternoon Pawan along with Jana Sena political affairs committee chairman Nadella Manohar met BJP leaders Kishan Reddy and Laxman and held talks.

The outcome of this meeting is that Jana Sena will not be contesting the GHMC elections. However, Pawan has extended the full support to BJP and asked the entire Jana Sena party cadre to campaign for the BJP and make sure every vote goes to the saffron ally.

Regarding opting out of the elections, Pawan stated that there was less time and also a communication gap with BJP to decide upon the poll pact have forced him to take such a drastic decision.

Meanwhile the nomination time has concluded and they will be scrutinized tomorrow and the complete list of candidates will be out on November 22nd. GHMC will go for voting on December 1st and results will be out on December 4th.
