‘Midhun Reddy Vachhi Chukkalu Choopisthadu’

The highly infamous Andhra Pradesh liquor scam led to several arrests in the YSR Congress camp, including the bigwigs like Raj Kasireddy who used to operate behind the scenes. Incidentally, even YCP MP Midhun Reddy was also arrested in this case as it was established that he was the one who orchestrated the cash-only transaction mechanism. 

It has been a month and half since the arrest of Mithun Reddy in this case as he’s facing the legal consequences for his misdeeds. 

In the meanwhile, YSR, Congress is completely rattled by this arrest of their party MP who also happens to be a close associate and arguably right hand man for Jagan. 

On that note, YSR Congress spokesman Perni Nani visited Midhun Reddy in jail and he had a series of interesting comments to make. He even went on to warn the NDA government of serious consequences once Midhun Reddy is back from jail.

“Midhun Reddy might be out of jail in a week or 10 days. And once he is back, he and his father, Ramachandra Reddy will start an attack on the India government. Our attack is going to be relentless and incumbent government will pay the price for arrested Midhun.” Nani said. 

Nani’s exact words were “ Midhun Reddy Bayataki Vachaka meeku Chukkalu Choopistadu” (Reddy will show the NDA government stars once he back.)

This wild comment from Nani has triggered a series of social media reactions as many people are commenting “Does Nani think Midhun Reddy went to jail as a patriot of the country? He was arrested in a liquor scam that affected the lives of lakhs of people and a scam that amounts of thousands of crores of public money.”
