In a major boost to Amaravati’s capital development, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has secured a significant contribution from Dubai-based Sobha Realty Group during his ongoing UAE investment tour.
On the first day of his three-day visit, Naidu held a one-on-one discussion with Ravi Menon, Chairman of Sobha Realty Group. During the interaction, the Chief Minister elaborated on the vision of transforming Amaravati into a world-class capital city. He highlighted the emerging investment ecosystem in Andhra Pradesh, especially in tourism, real estate, hospitality, and infrastructure.
Naidu also briefed the Sobha Chairman about the recent commitment from Google to establish an AI-driven data center in Visakhapatnam, indicating the growing investor confidence in the state.
Responding positively, Ravi Menon announced a contribution of Rs 100 crore towards the development of a world-class library in Amaravati. The initiative is expected to become a landmark knowledge hub, aligning with the vision of creating a global-standard capital city.
Inviting Menon to personally visit Amaravati and witness its ongoing transformation, Naidu asserted that Andhra Pradesh today stands as one of the most promising destinations for global investors.
With this financial backing from Sobha Realty, Amaravati’s journey towards becoming a world-class capital receives an inspirational and intellectual push.
