Andhra Pradesh chief minister, Chandrababu Naidu is very proactive when it comes to advising the public about daily diet and healthy living. He had done the same in the past when he advocated the public to consume meat.
In the recent past, Babu had been advising the public to consume more seafood food items, including fish and prawns in order to get their protein intake and also other beneficial factors associated with seafood.
Now, in his latest interaction with the farming community, chief minister Naidu pointed out that the farmers must focus on the kind of food products that people are consuming rather than blindly going on their own.
“If farmers start growing random food just for the sake of it, then it isn’t right. If farmers grow paddy rice just because they have adequate water, the demand isn’t strong enough. It must be noted that a lot of people have moved away from rise due to diabetes and sugar problems. It’s better to change with the altering trends so that the demand-supply ratio is matched for the farmers.” Babu pointed out.
Babu has again advised strong words on healthy diet to the public and farming community alike. Perhaps no other CM in the country is as concerned about the wellbeing of the public, which perhaps reflects his statesmanship.
