For a while now, Chandrababu Naidu has the reputation of being the most progressive and visionary chief minister in India. He usually walks away with the lions share of credit for enhancing a global city like Hyderabad and is now on the verge of doing the same with Amaravati.
But every now and again, there are doubts that are raised about the prospect of Amaravati capital region, and the same happened when Lokesh attended a national conclave last night.
Add this conclave, a media personality asked “ Chandigarh is the last planned and executed city in India. At the end of the day, executing a capital city is extremely tough. Don’t you think building a capital in Amravati is a daunting task?”
Lokesh was very mature and settle with his reaction to this question, as he carefully explained the answer with adequate facts.
“Babu Garu has the reputation of building cities at a global capacity. He did the same with Hyderabad, Secunderabad, and Cyberabad. And now he is doing something similar with Vijayawada, Guntur and Amaravati. This triangular capital city prospect is going to prosper big time.” Lokesh said.
The IT minister further added that this proposed the capital region of Andhra Pradesh is principally designed by Singapore authorities who have a great reputation of building world-class cities. He further added that the beautiful banks of the Krishna river will added to the aesthetic appeal as well.
