Telangana chief minister Revanth Reddy has his own style of verbal statements that hit the right chords and derive the desired outputs. He has own way of getting things done by subtly pressurising the opponent.
Coming to the topic now, the Telangana chief minister has made a very interesting statement regarding Prime Minister Modi while asking for contributions from the Central government.
Addressing a meeting that was attended by union minister, Manohar Lal Kattar today, CM Revanth made an honest appeal to Prime Minister Modi.
“PM Modi is like a big brother to all the chief ministers in India. He himself was a chief minister in the past, and he will know full well on how a CM needs this support of the centre to ensure state’s progress. So it is my honest request to Modi to be more lenient towards Telangana.” Revanth said.
Revanth stated that Telangana state needs the contribution of the central government with regard to Hyderabad Metro, Musi beautification, and drinking water supply system. He made this earnest appeal to Modi in front of his cabinet minister, Manohar Lal.
This quickly prompted an appreciable reaction from the union minister, as Manohar stated that the central government will certainly live up to its promises on Hyderabad Metro. He thanked chief minister Revanth for fighting relentlessly and appealing for the state’s interests. It appears that Revanth has again succeeded in getting what he wants from the center, albeit only verbally for now.
