It is a big dream in the middle class and lower middle class families to have a house of their own. But many people struggle to build their own house due to lack of adequate financial resources. However, the central government had introduced a scheme to support the same, which many people aren’t even aware of.
Now it is the turn of former MP and the current MLA of Undi constituency and Deputy speaker of Andhra Pradesh, Raghu Rama Krishna Raju to give valuable information to land owners who wish to build a house in the designated area.
A short while back, RRR shared a video message where he stated “Eligible beneficiaries who wish to build a house on their own land or on the land allotted by the government will receive financial assistance of ₹2,50,000 under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), jointly provided by the Central and State Governments.”
I request all eligible individuals to register their details at the Village or Municipal Ward Secretariats. To support the vision of our Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, who is committed to fulfilling the dream of every citizen owning a house, I urge you to complete your registration by November 30, RRR stated.
It is evident that this program grants of financial assistance of ₹2.5 lakh to eligible people who are building a house. The scheme isn’t very popular in the rural pockets, and it is good that RRR brought it up through a video communication. It would be better if more MLAs are as productive as RRR and educate the public about the benefits of the program which could be a game changer.
