‘Jagan Created A Scene To Avoid Court Hearings’

Former chief minister, YS Jagan finally attended the CBI hearing in connection with his disproportionate assets case yesterday. This happened to be the first time in the last six years that he attended the court session as he had been enjoying immunity due to his political presence.

Coming to the topic now, Andhra Pradesh BJP leader and cabinet minister Sathya Kumar stated that second created a scene in Hyderabad just to avoid court hearings in the future.

“Jagan took his paid batch to Hyderabad, just to create ruckus and make a misery out of it. He just wanted to show the court that it would be hard to maintain law and order when he attends court hearing. This was nothing but a desperate attempt to sidetrack the court.” Sathya Kumar stated.

For a long time now, Jagan had been appealing to the court that it would be tough to maintain law and order and sort out the logistical issues if he is to attend the hearing regularly. This is a citation that he had been using regularly to avoid appearing at the court.

And now, Jagan appears to have re-created this scenario when he stepped out to attend the Nampalli court hearing yesterday, according to BJP’s Sathya Kumar.
