Fact Check: Did Lokesh Spend Public Money On His Travels?

Despite the fact that Nara Lokesh has filed multiple defamatory cases against Sakshi media, this channel continues to publish detrimental reports on him. While Lokesh continues to fight against Sakshi through legal means the Media channel is continuing down the same irrational path. 

Incidentally, Sakshi recently reported that Lokesh had gone on 77 trips after the formation of the NDA government in Andhra Pradesh, and he had been recklessly using government money for the same. 

However, the latest clarification issued by the Right To Information organisation clearly confirms that Lokesh did not use a single rupee from any of the concerned ministries for these trip. He had been using his own money for these commutes and trip costs entirely. 

Earlier, Sakshi reported that Minister Nara Lokesh, who oversees the Education and IT departments, has been traveling 77 times using a special aircraft and stays lavishly in Hyderabad. However, it has now been revealed as blatant lies through the Right to Information Act. 

It has been revealed through an application filed by an RTI activist that Minister Nara Lokesh has not taken even a single rupee from the Human Resources, IT, Electronics, and RTG departments, which he manages, for these tours. Lokesh has been using his personal money for these travel expenses and not even a single rupee from the government exchequer has been used till now. 

Sakshi had already made countless allegations and published false reports against Lokesh, but not one of these have been till now. But that is not stopping the media channel continuously spitting venom on the IT minister.
