YS Sunitha Wins: Deep investigation Ordered On Viveka Murder

YS Sunitha is finding herself in a very peculiar position. Despite coming from a politically influential family and her cousin brother Jagan being the former CM, Sunitha is now in a position where she is having to fight a court case for justice to be served in her father Vivekananda Reddy’s murder case. 

Sunitha had been fighting at the CBI court for a deeper and detailed investigation in her father Viveka’s murder case for the last few years. And finally, her long legal battle has succeeded as the CBI court has ordered the investigating authority to carry out a detailed investigation in this regard. 

Last night, the CBI court ordered the CBI investigative wing to dig deep in this case and asked to utilise the file phone call records to facilitate the same. The CBI will now be investigating this case at a deeper level and is likely to establish more facts.

Factually speaking, the CBI had already dug deep in this case and came close to arresting Avinash Reddy once while Jagan was CM. But this case lost momentum eventually, and the investigation also lost the steam. When everyone thought this case would be a gone ball, Sunita did not lose her hope and her patience has paid off now.

Now that this CBI court has ordered the investigated authority to carry out a detail investigation, it has to be seen what kind of revelation would be made this time around.
