Telangana Jagruti president and MLC Kavitha Kalvakuntla has been frequently making headlines with her explosive statements against BRS leaders after she was unceremoniously expelled from the party three months ago. Her aggressive political activity in recent times has triggered widespread speculation that she will soon float a new party before the 2029 elections.
Now, Kavitha herself hinted that she is going to launch a new political outfit during her interactive session on X with her followers on Monday evening. Responding to several interesting queries with #AskKavitha, she made her political ambitions very clear ahead of the next elections in Telangana.
Replying to one of the questions – What’s the name of your party : Kavitha posted ” What should it be.”. The former Nizamabad MP also replied in affirmative when she was asked whether she will be contesting the next elections. She also remained optimistic about surviving in Telangana poltics despite many parties.
Kavitha said ‘Free and quality education !! Free and quality Health care’ are her goals for 2047 vision India. She also revealed her plans for expanding the Telangana Jagruti at grassroots level by forming committees in rural areas in the coming days. She also alleged that the eastern part of Hyderabad has been ignored and urged for an equitable and all round development of the city.
She slammed at the Congress government during this interaction with regarding to pending fees reimbursement claims and demanded an immediate action. She alleged the government is not able to provide basic amenities. She pulled up Revanth Reddy’s government by claiming that people are disappointed with broken promises and failed commitments.
Talking about her vision for the state, Kavitha said “Equitably developed Telangana (or) Samajika Telangana is my goal !! Youth and women of Telangana getting opportunities in the sector of their choice is something I want to work on.”
Kavitha vowed to fight for Singareni collieries and disgruntled farmers through Telangana Jagruti. She also revealed that she want to make Telangana a state where zero money will be spent on education by parents. Free education is the only way to empower the future of Telangana & India, said Kavitha.
Though it is a brief interaction with moderate engagement, Kavitha has made it crystal clear that she is nurturing and ambitious political goal in the coming days.
