Over the last few days, Andhra Pradesh politics have been almost entirely revolving around the credit for the Bhogapuram Airport. While the ruling NDA government has been rather composed about this, YCP has been very blatant and aggressive while claiming credit for the airport.
Today we witnessed something more significant as Jagan himself got on the ground and claimed full credit for this airport.
While addressing the media today, Jagan was very aggressive with his approach on the commentary on the Bhogapuram airport.
The former chief minister stated that it was his administration which completed the land pooling, relocation of locals, securing permissions, and initiation of the construction activities. He argued that Chandrababu has nothing to do with this airport, but still shamelessly claiming credit for the same.
Referring to the ongoing issue about the Krishna waters distribution, Jagan pointed out that the people of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are like brothers, and there is no need to quarrel on this matter.
