Andhra Pradesh and Telangana politics are known for vocal reprimands and frequent abuses. This was again on scintillating display as KTR targeted Telangana chief minister Revanth Reddy with the most aggressive and provocative language.
While addressing a BRS roadshow last night, KTR was very provocative and aggressive with his choice of words while speaking about chief minister, Revanth Reddy.
“Ee Revanth Reddy gaadu emi peekaledu… vaadoka pottodu, inthe untadu(suggesting about height)” KTR said.
The BRS working president further added “Orei pottoda (Revanth) inkosaari BRS vasthe neeku untadi ra… mamulga undadu.” KTR, further used words like “Howlagaallu” and others to demean Revanth and other Congress leaders.
In the recent past, the choice of words used by the likes of Revanth Reddy and KTR have been largely overcharged and it has reached a point where families might have to keep kids away from TVs which watching politics.
Whatever the reason, using such language against the Chief Minister is regressive for the state as a whole. Sadly, this is the kind of political equilibrium currently operating in Telangana.
