It is already on that Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu has taken the AI revolution very seriously and is on a mission to develop Amravati as the AI hub of India. Several agreements and advancements with leading companies like Microsoft and IBM have been made to enhance the AI infrastructure in the capital city.
Meanwhile, the chief minister is preparing for a busy day in the national capital of Delhi tomorrow as he will be partaking in the AI summit here.
Reportedly, CM will attend the AI Accelerators: Fueling India’s Economic Growth program along with Assam Chief Minister Hemanta Biswa Sarma, Union Minister Jitin Prasada and representatives from TCS tomorrow.
Subsequently, the State Government will sign agreements aimed at strengthening AI infrastructure and skill development in Andhra Pradesh. The government will sign MoU with IBM to provide skills training in AI, quantum technology, and cybersecurity to 10 lakh youth in AP.
Another agreement will be signed with UNICC for the establishment of a Quantum and AI Centre of Excellence. The State will also sign an MoU with NIELIT for setting up a Quantum AI University in Andhra Pradesh.
Adding to that, IIT Madras will collaborate with the Andhra Pradesh Government to establish an Artificial Intelligence Tutor initiative, while NVIDIA will partner in setting up AI Living Labs in the state.
This is all going to play a crucial role in development of Amaravati as the AI hub of India and it appears that the chief minister is going to have a busy day in Delhi.
