Pawan Speaks on Jagan’s Role in the Laddu Adulteration

Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Pawan Kalyan, spoke in the Assembly today during the discussion on the Tirumala Laddu issue. He raised several important and interesting points regarding the alleged ghee adulteration.

The deputy chief minister made it very clear that he never said it was the head of the previous government who did the adulteration but instead it was the TTD governing body and the allocated board which are to be blamed.

Pawan Kalyan implied that he never said Jagan was the one who is behind the adulteration but at the moral and administrative level, Jagan must have overseen TTD activities and corrected their measures. Kalyan further pointed out that he doesn’t understand why Jagan is still backing these members, even after knowing that they are at fault.

Kalyan added that the valuable time in the assembly session which must have been allocated for public policy making is now having to be spent on Tirumala Laddu issue due to the reluctance of the previous government. 

“If the previous administration acknowledged their mistake and appealed to take necessary action against real culprits, we wouldn’t have to use assembly’s time for laddu issue now. But they are conducting and spreading lies, so we have to clarify this in the Assembly now.”

It is evident that the Andhra Pradesh government is left with no other option but to discuss this issue at length on the assembly due to the propaganda that was set in motion by YCP.

The YCP administration ran campaigns about how there’s no animal fat in the ghee samples by conveniently presenting only one half of the report and hence, the government is having to clarify on the same in the assembly now.
