How’s the Start of JSP Membership Drive Amid Political Heat?

Telugu Desam is one of the biggest regional parties in all of India in terms of registered party memberships. The recent membership that was initiated and executed by Nara Lokesh created history by adding one crore official registered members in the party. 

Now, Janasena party, which is operated by Pawan Kalyan is taking a similar path with the membership drive. Incidentally, Kalyan had donated Rs 2 crore to last week to start off with the membership drive and the initial push has been very successful. 

According to the latest communication made by Janasena party could register over one lakh New members in a single day since the launch of the JSP Udhyami membership drive. The party initiated this membership program yesterday, February 26, and it could already generate one lakh members through the same.

In accordance with Telugu Desam party, which offers a complimentary life insurance of ₹5 lakh, even Janasena is doing something very similar as this party membership will also come with the complimentary insurance of ₹5 lakh. 

The fact that the party could add one lakh New members in a single day is a very positive sign, and it could also potentially signal the much needed structural strength of the party. 

Despite the ongoing political heat in Andhra Pradesh, including the intense debate around the Tirumala laddu issue, the strong response to the membership drive suggests that the party’s grassroots network remains active and responsive.

While political controversies often dominate headlines, structured initiatives like membership enrolment provide a clearer picture of cadre strength at the ground level. However, it would be premature to draw sweeping conclusions based on early numbers alone.
