Sangeetha alleged that Vijay has been in an Extramarital Relationship with an actress. Tamil Nadu was divided about the issue. His supporters say Sangeetha became a pawn in the hands of Vijay’s Political Rivals. They are questioning the timing of the divorce petition just before the Assembly Elections.

Indian Society respects the values of one wife and one family. They expect people to be idealistic in their Personal Lives as well. As if the existing problems are not enough, Vijay made a Public appearance at a wedding along with actress Trisha.
